Aviv Expansion

When the doors open to the Waldfogel Health Center, seniors will have easy access to a complete continuum of care on Boston's North Shore. The state-of-the-art health center will house skilled nursing for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, adult day health center, assisted living, home care and geriatric care management. Highlights of the expansion project include an onsite early learning center, kosher bistro, a life-long learning center and specialty programs in the sub-acute unit.
