Directions to Woodbridge Assisted Living

On 128 South (Coming from North)
Exit 28 for Centennial Park. As you get off the exit, bear right onto Centennial Drive. Go to the end and take a left onto First Avenue. At the next light, go left onto Lynnfield Street. Woodbridge will be on your right soon after you turn, 240 Lynnfield Street.

On 128 North (coming from South)
Take Exit 44B and bear right toward Route 129. Yield into the Rotary and follow it halfway around, taking the exit for Salem Street/Peabody. (This becomes Lynnfield Street). Go 1 mile. Woodbridge is on your right just after the lights at the entrance to Centennial Park.

From Boston
Take Route 1 ‘North. Exit for 129 East. Yield into the Rotary, and take the exit for Salem Street/Peabody. (This becomes Lynnfield Street.) Go one mile. Woodbridge is on your right just after the lights at Centennial Park.

From Swampscott/Marblehead Area
Get onto Route 107 North (highland Avenue, Salem) toward downtown Salem. When you get to the Monument (in the middle of the street0, take a left onto Main Street, Peabody. Go to the center of Peabody (the court house will be in front of you), and take a left onto Foster Street. At the light, bear right onto Washington Street. Continue until you come to a fork in the road with a Sunoco station in the center. Bear right (this is now Lynnfield Street). Travel 1.5 miles through a set of lights, Holden Oil/Mobil on your right). Watch for the large green Woodbridge sign on your left 240 Lynnfield Street. If you reach the back entrance to Centennial Park (set of lights), you have gone too far!

From the Tobin Bridge
Take exit marked Revere Beach Parkway (Rte. 16); follow Parkway straight to Bell Circle. At Bell Circle, bear right, following Rte. 1-A sign to Lynn, North Shore. Follow Rte. 1-A over General Edwards Bridge along Lynnway (Rte. 1-A). At the end of the Lynnway, bear left following Rte. 1-A North through Lynn. (Broad Street Lewis Street) into Swampscott. After entering Swampscott, still on Rte. 1-A, pass two sets of lights, and pass Department of Public Works and Swampscott Trauma and Treatment Center on left; proceed up a slight bill. Entrance to the JRC, on your left, is marked by a sign reading "330".

From 128, heading South
Take exit 25 East (Rte. 114 East) toward Salem. Facing Salem State College, take a right at the lights onto Rte. 1-A. bear left at the next set of lights, following Rte.1-A Vinnin Square. Continue straight on Rte. 1-A passing malls on right and left. After Crown Pointe on the right and Whole Foods on the left, take a right at the entrance to the JRC, on your right, marked by a sign reading "330."

Heading North on 128
From Rte. 128, take exit marked Rte. 129 East toward Lynn (Lynnfield Street); follow Rte. 129. At a set of lights in.Wyoma Square, Rte. 129 bears left; follow Chestnut Street through Lynn to Broad Street (Rte. 1-A). At Chestnut and Broad Streets at a set of lights (Richdale convenience store is on left), turn left onto Broad Street (Rte 1-A North). Broad Street becomes Lewis Street. Follow it into Swampscott. After entering Swampscott, still on Rte. 1-A, pass two sets of lights, and pass Department of Public Works and Swampscott Trauma and Treatment Center on left; proceed up a slight hill. Entrance to the JRC, on your left, is marked by a sign reading "330".

From the Callahan Tunnel
Follow Rte 1-A from Callahan Tunnel to the North Shore. Do not take the cutoff for Logan Airport. At Bell Circle, bear right, following Rte. 1-A sign to Lynn, North shore. Follow Rte 1¬A over General Edwards Bridge along Lynnway (Rte. 1-A). At the end of the Lynnway, bear left .following Rte. 1-A North through Lynn. (Broad Street - Lewis Street) into Swampscott. After entering Swampscott, still on Rte. 1-A, pass two sets of lights, and pass Department of Public Works and Swampscott Trauma and Treatment Center on left; proceed up a slight hill.
