Aviv Centers for Living provides an unparalleled continuum of care through its two residences, The Legacy at Woodbridge and the Jewish Rehabilitation Center, and the Shapiro-Rudolph Adult Day Center. Research shows that people participating in activities targeted to improving cognitive and physical abilities enhance their ability to cope with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We adopt the high standards set by the Alzheimer’s Association and use these approaches in creating our programs.

Our programs and activities provide a safe and reassuring environment to help foster self-esteem and promote a positive sense of well-being.  Families participate as care partners with our specialized team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and activities assistants to personalize programs and activities that focus on their loved one’s strengths and interests.
