Aviv Centers for Living campuses
Each of our two campuses have been created and designed to provide comforting and bright environments, a broad range of amenities, and an impressive array of medical services. Jewish Rehabilitation Center
Located about a mile inland from Nahant Bay in Swampscott, Massachusetts, the Jewish Rehabilitation Center is a 176 resident skilled nursing center. It includes special care units for residents with memory loss, and a short-term rehabilitation facility. The Shapiro-Rudolph Adult Day Center is located here as well.
Woodbridge Assisted Living
On a wooded knoll in Peabody, the Woodbridge campus offers a 130-apartment assisted living community, including the Legacy at Woodbridge, 32 suites for individuals with memory loss.
