Since our founding over 60 years go,, the entities that form Aviv Centers for Living – The Jewish Rehabilitation Center, The Shapiro Rudolph Adult Day Center, Woodbridge Assisted Living and Aviv HomeCare, have counted on the support and generosity of donors who want to participate in and strengthen our continuum of care through giving.
Aviv Centers for Living provides:
- State-of-the-art rehabilitation dedicated to rebuilding health and restoring function, that returns patients to their homes stronger and more confident
- Quality long term care where an experienced professional staff provides a “home away from home” environment for seniors in need of skilled nursing
- Engaging and stimulating daily activities for those who participate in our day program
- Elegant assisted living, with just the right balance on activities, conveniences support and independence
- Flexible home care for seniors who may have a variety of need for companionship and nursing skills in the home
Again and again, support from the Aviv Foundation has helped us achieve measurable advances in excellent care, add amenities that bring delight or a welcome touch of comfort, and allowed us to pursue the best solutions to ongoing operational needs. The ultimate beneficiaries are our residents and clients.
There are many avenues for giving to Aviv Centers for Living. All are welcome:
- Direct giving, often in celebration of a life, or a family event like graduation, bar or bat mitzvah or anniversary
- The Friends of Aviv a group of dedicated volunteers actively engaged in enhancing the daily experiences and environments of the Aviv Centers for Living residents
- Planned Giving and charitable trusts, allowing you to take care of your own loved ones while ensuring that the traditions and heritage of Aviv Centers for Living are sustained
- Volunteer activities, a rewarding way to participate in our mission and add enjoyment and support to the daily lives of our residents and staff
